The Selangor State Government has declared that the state will no longer accept applications for development projects on class 3 and class 4 hill slopes.
- The map below shows major areas made up of slopes exceeding 25 degrees in the Hulu Kelang area (marked in red).
- Areas marked in green are already protected as they fall under the Selangor State Park or the Klang Gates Wildlife Reserve.
- Many areas with slopes above 25 degrees are not shown on the map due to their relatively small sizes.
